As these are a bespoke item we only accept returns if the item is damaged. Please note if your item has not been delivered on the first attempt and the courier has to attempt more than one delivery we are not responsible for any damage that may occur as you would have been notified that your order was out for delivery by which ever courier we use, and in this notification you would have been given the chance to change your delivery date. So please check you have selected the right size and colour. If you need help with this please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always here to help.

DISPATCH TIMES :- is where we have to dispatch your item on that date, this does not include the delivery time which is usually 2 - 5 working days this does not include Saturdays and Sundays please allow this time to pass before contact us.
Returned items must be packaged securely and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item is shipped with adequate courier insurance. Please note that you must check size and colour are correct before orderings, as we do not accept returns or issue refunds for wrong size, colour or change of mind.
If your purchase has been damaged in transit. If this is the case please get in touch at your earliest convenience by emailing through your Etsy account. We will ask you to provide a photo of the damage. We will provide you with a returns label for you to attach and return to us. We will then replace your order giving you a lead-time as to when it’s going to be delivered.
